Welcome to Connected Ag (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website, services, or marketplace (connectedag.com), you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Connected Ag, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 19 years old or have the authority to use our services on behalf of a business or organization.

  • Agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

2. Services Overview

Connected Ag provides an online marketplace and platform that facilitates the buying and selling of, but not limited to:

  • Farm Equipment: Tractors, combines, planters, sprayers, tillage tools, and specialized machinery.

  • Livestock: Cattle, hogs, sheep, and livestock handling equipment.

  • Real Estate: Farmland, ranches, pasture, and other agricultural properties.

  • Job Opportunities: Agricultural employment connections across Nebraska and the surrounding Midwest.

We do not guarantee the sale or purchase of any item listed and act as a facilitator between buyers and sellers.

3. User Accounts

  • Users may be required to create an account to list, buy, or interact with marketplace items.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information.

4. Listing and Selling Items

When you list equipment, livestock, real estate, or job opportunities:

  • You represent and warrant that you have the right to sell or list the item.

  • All information you provide must be accurate, truthful, and complete.

  • You agree not to post prohibited, illegal, or misleading content.

  • Connected Ag reserves the right to remove any listing at its discretion.

5. Buyer and Seller Responsibilities

  • Connected Ag is a marketplace facilitator and does not guarantee transactions between buyers and sellers.

  • Buyers and sellers are responsible for negotiating terms, payment, transportation, and legal compliance.

  • Any disputes between buyers and sellers must be resolved privately.

  • Connected Ag may, but is not required to, assist with disputes.

6. Payment and Fees

  • Connected Ag may charge fees for certain services or listings (if applicable).

  • Payment processing may involve third-party providers. You agree to comply with their terms.

  • We are not responsible for payment disputes or delays caused by third-party payment providers.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

  • Violate any local, state, or federal laws.

  • Use our platform to harass, harm, or threaten others.

  • Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization.

  • Engage in unauthorized advertising, spamming, or scraping of content.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on Connected Ag, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by Connected Ag or its licensors.

  • You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any material without written permission.

  • By submitting content or listings, you grant Connected Ag a non-exclusive license to display, promote, and share your listing.

9. Disclaimers

  • Connected Ag provides services “as is” without warranties of any kind.

  • We do not guarantee listings, accuracy of information, buyer or seller performance, or transaction outcomes.

  • We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or liability arising from the use of our platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connected Ag will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the platform.

  • This includes loss of profits, data, or property.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Connected Ag, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law.

12. Termination

  • Connected Ag may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms.

  • You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

  • Termination does not release you from obligations incurred prior to termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
You agree to resolve any disputes in the state or federal courts located in Nebraska.

14. Changes to Terms

Connected Ag may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
